We offer integrated security services, from consultancy, installation, alarm monitoring through Monitor New Zealand, mobile patrols and static guarding. We operate 24 hours a day 7 days a week to guarantee prompt response to alarm activations, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained. Alarm system installation and service are provided through a joint venture with Ginnen Alarms.

Neelam Singh – Managing Director
Neelam the Sole Proprietor has been operating the business since it was established in 2007. Neelam has over 10 years’ experience in the Security Industry and has been operating businesses within West Auckland. With her high administration skills and accounting experience she is leading the way.
Anil Singh – General Manager
Anil has been operating and managing businesses for the last 12 years and has been in the New Zealand Security Industry since 2007, he has also had 5 years in the Freight Forwarding Industry. At 24/7 Security Anil has responsibility for all aspects of the business, including overseeing day to day operations to ensure the success of the company, maintaining financial budgets, ensuring adherence of policies and procedures, and working with customers to ensure a high quality of service.
Neil Singh: Operations Manager
Pranil has been in the New Zealand Security Industry for 9 years with abundant experience in the Automotive Industry; he is a qualified Mechanic, which allows him to look after our Security cars. With his strong leadership skills and hands on approach he has exceeded the expectations and requirements of his role. He has experience in managing Static Guarding, Event Security, Patrols and Response and has extended knowledge of the Security Laws and regulations.
Racheal Jones – Relationship Manager
Racheal comes to us with over 15 years in customer service experience as well as over 10 years in administration and management roles. Racheal has been with 24/7 Security Services for over 2 years and has coordinated guards, jobs, covers and maintained client relationships. Racheal’s flawless reporting skills have kept our clients informed regularly and ensured repeat business through her exceptional customer service.
Erin Temu – Business Development Manager
Erin has been in the Private and Government Security industry for 6 years and has also been General Manager of several Businesses for over 10 Years. A business owner and property developer for approximately 7 years. In addition, Erin has experience with Corporate, Government and Small businesses; understanding the need for robust security polices, processes and systems.
Navaldeep Singh Bains – ICT Support/Security Systems Specialist
Navaldeep has completed his Diploma in Computing and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. He has 7 years’ experience in customer service, technical support, software development and sales. Navaldeep joined 24/7 Security early 2015 and has been an integral part of the team; with fantastic communication skills that assist in maintaining very important client relationships.
